I engaged Carolyn Moore for revenue cycle review and enhancement consulting services when my dental practice was struggling despite a reasonable patient load. Her review of the revenue cycle identified broken processes and the need for policies and procedures to be developed and taught to the staff. Carolyn developed our Policy and Procedure Manual as well as trained my staff. When improvement did not occur, Carolyn suggested staff changes that she managed, replacing the key person in the revenue cycle and training all staff on the new procedures for billing and collection.
